A relaxing and cute place to stay. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and each time I have had a very good experience. The location is excellent and the staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are good and the breakfast choices are great. The hot bath facilities are excellent and the added touches of free laundry washing, evening ramen meal, and taxi service to the JR Station make you feel welcomed. The relaxed atmosphere in this hotel creates a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hot springs and sauna and free breakfast
Location was excellent being close to many attractions. The free shuttle service was great to have
The room was small with no space to move. There was not enough privacy and there was a shared bathroom with no changing space.

Spent Christmas season in a hotel in Sapporo and found two great things that I liked about the stay. One was the free laundry service which proved very helpful as it was cold and snowing outside. having a hot bath during the chilly season was a real treat. the location was pretty good as I could easily walk to a nearby convenience store and get everything I needed.
The room was pretty small and crowded with barely enough space to move around. the breakfast items were limited and lacked flavor.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel, which is located in a bustling covered shopping street close to several stations. the room was clean and had all the bathroom amenities we needed. the public bath on the top floor was great, and we enjoyed the free ramen as a night snack. the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had plenty of healthy options.
I wish there were more TV channels available in the guest room.
